We understand the importance of providing high-quality care for your loved ones. That’s why we only recruit qualified and experienced caregivers and nursing staff who are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to each of our clients. All Carrus Care deployed staff not only have access to our team of health professionals led by our Chief Medical Officer, Dr Cobus Schutte, but they are also remotely monitored by the Carrus Care Control Centre.  Our team of professionals is trained to provide a wide range of services, from medication management to personal hygiene assistance and everything in between.

We have a rigorous recruitment process to ensure that all of our healthcare staff are properly qualified and competent. We conduct extensive background checks, including criminal record checks and verification of credentials and references. We also require all staff to hold current licenses and certifications, as well as ongoing training and professional development. Additionally, we conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure that our staff members are meeting our high standards of quality care. Our goal is to provide our clients with peace of mind knowing that their loved ones are in the hands of highly skilled and compassionate professionals.
